Local Pick-Up Policy

Habits Co offers local pick-up for residents in Durham, NC. We do not offer delivery services.

If you place an order for pick-up, the location details will be sent once your order has been processed and your items are made and ready.

Please ensure you have reliable transportation when selecting pick-up.

If you’re unable to pick up your order due to unexpected circumstances, you may arrange an Uber Package at your own expense or pay a separate shipping fee through us. All orders will be held until either an Uber Package is scheduled or the shipping fee has been received. We are not responsible for covering any shipping fees or Uber Package costs.

Please note that most pick-ups take place between Thursday–Saturday, and in most cases, same-day pick-up is not available.
